127box is a cloud infrastructure and domain platform. You deploy cloud servers, attach block storage, configure firewalls and private networks, register domains, manage DNS records and issue SSL certificates from a single dashboard, instead of buying each piece from a separate supplier.
Prices start at the entry-level configuration and scale with vCPU, memory and disk. The exact monthly price for any configuration is shown in the configurator before you deploy, including the location you pick. Prices are in euro and exclusive of VAT.
Cloud servers are billed as a monthly subscription, charged in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum commitment.
You choose the location when configuring a server. Available locations are Falkenstein · Nuremberg · Helsinki · Ashburn · Hillsboro · Singapore. The price is shown per location before you deploy, because the same configuration can cost a different amount in different regions.
127box targets 99% monthly availability per cloud server, calculated per calendar month. The published terms describe this as a best-effort target met with commercially reasonable efforts, not a contractually guaranteed service level agreement.
Yes. Every cloud server is a virtual machine with full root access over SSH. You choose the operating system image at deployment, add your SSH keys from the dashboard and install whatever software you need. The server is yours to configure.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on newly ordered services, refunded to the original payment method within 14 days, less a pro-rata charge for service already used where immediate activation was requested. The withdrawal right does not apply to business customers. Cancelling outside that window stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period.
Yes. Domains are searched and registered from the same dashboard and billed annually, renewing automatically unless auto-renewal is switched off. DNS records can be pointed at a server without leaving the panel. Registration fees follow registry policy and are generally non-refundable once a domain is registered.
Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. Cloud servers are charged monthly in advance and domain registrations annually. Invoices and payment history are available in the billing section of the dashboard.
The EU locations sit inside the European Economic Area, and processing there falls under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018. Non-EU locations are offered as well, so if data has to stay in the EU, choose an EU location when you deploy.
Everything on this page — the configurator, the domains, the DNS and SSL, the billing — licensed to you, deployed on your infrastructure, wearing your name. We do the launch; you keep the margins.
